@amberfwn Yeah, everybody burns fat a a different rate. But the priciple remains the same for everyone. Eating actually stimulates the metabolism. When people say stop eating to lose weight, those are the people that have no clue what they’re talking about.
@bandit7498, I understand what you’re saying but everyone loses weight at a different rate. Even your blood type has something to do with it. But I agree and know that exercise and portion eating is the best and really the only way.
@amberfwn uh, actually everyone’s “body chemistry” as you so eloquently put it is pretty much the same. The metabolism is the only thing different for the most part is their metabolism. Not eating is not a smart way to lose fat. If you’re doing that and losing weight, you’re also losing muscle. Also not smart as muscle speeds the metabolism, which in turn burns fat. Eating often and reasonably AND exercise is the ONLY healthy way to burn fat.
That’s you, everyone’s body chemistry is different, though I would never take that Hydroxycut she’s talking about.
