I am a person from a middle class family, I believe in a healthy food eating habits my main problem I guess is feeling hungry and resisting the temptation to either use the nearest fast food joint or simply not eat. Not eating gives me a growling pain in my stomach making me irritable which is, working in a corporate culture makes me always conscious that I should look good and maintain a constant weight which was impossible.
Staying Fit In the Office
Working out was just a one day dream , or maximum it would happen only for one week ,later the schedule became like sleeping , just get up get ready eat some healthy junk food and get back to office.
One day I’ve realized that its not necessary that I have to be working out dedicatedly in gym for two hours and follow strict appetite rules , in my office I’ve noticed that we have 8 floors and 99% of times I use lift to reach any of the floor , I admit I am too lazy , if you’re like me this health “thing” is something that we have to keep working at constantly and the trick is to try and manage it with out letting it taking over your whole life. As I said before I can’t devote my whole life to eating correctly and exercising.
But you know what I’ve realized that the cholesterol content in my blood has reached above the normal level. My inner conscious pricked me that its time to start some serious workout at least but not be lazy.
There are so many appetite suppressors available it is frustrating and confusing. Most don’t work and some can be harmful. At this stage I’ve started eating proper protein food like boiled eggs, Juices and the major change was in myself is to climb the stairs in office at first it was little tough for me later I’ve managed to take only steps in office, If I am busy on phone I ensured that I take a walk or climb stairs or get down doing this I burnt around 180 to 250 calories contrary ensuring that I maintain a proper diet and not over eating. Now I take lift if it’s only urgent case to meet a client else keep walking.
