@TheRanoAz if you do anything daily without brake? you will most certainly overwork tha muscle and cause injury or not even see results. So no you do not do it daily.

@MegaHottie73 Aslong as you can till your abs are sore. Then they will get lean and tight quick.?

Over the past few months I have been expanding our weight loss retreat, which I am told is now apparently the biggest residential health retreat provider in Asia. @crapnutz Train the abs like any other muscle, not two days in a row. They also need time to recover to maximize your progress. I personally recommend to do this routine, Max 3 times per week. While it is my favourite, for best results, incorporate other ab routines into your plan. ?
@iWantGoldenhammy Part 3: Can anyone do it? Absolutely. Just have a look at the lady in the video. This is my sister, who has had 4 kids and within a month of incorporating this ab workout into her training and nutritional plan, has unbelievable abs and a flat stomach people can’t believe she has when they see her young kids next to her. Honestly, they are insane. After 4 kids… if she can? do it, anyone else can.
@iWantGoldenhammy Part 2: Everybody, no matter how much body fat they have, have abdominal muscles.. it’s just that these abs are covered with fat. Visible ab results all come down to your nutritional plan, exercise plan and where you are currently (eg. Your current body fat levels).? Unfortunately we cannot spot-reduce body fat, therefore the more discipline you have to your nutrition and training, the faster the visible results.
@iWantGoldenhammy Part 1: I’d love to say in 2 weeks. But the truth is ANY ab workout (mine or others) are designed? to strengthen the abdominal muscles. Therefore, strength results will be very quick.
However, the majority are after visible results, so I am assuming that you are asking in regards to visible results (eg the elusive 6-pack), so I will address this.
Can and I do this everyday? Without stifling my ab? progress?

Finally a no nonsense ab workout without gizmos gadgets or exercises which do more damage to your back than strengthening your? abs. This is my new favourite routine, and you can do it ANY- where!!!!!
Tried this last night and it BURNED like hell!!!! i could only get to 4 and then had to superman for a break then hit 7, again I had? to superman and then finally hit 10.
