Not much to say right now. I am one of those overweight people. One of a million. I managed to loose roughly 30 pounds so far. But I am not done. What I want to share with you is what I have researched and what I will get to know about weightloss. So much to know. Many, many methods, products, latest gimmicks. Not all is a bunch of BS*. But it’s a looong way to know. So I decided to share my findings. Look around, have a good time and move your ass! :-)

*) I thought really hard if I should mention this or not. Because everybody wants to know off money from this. I am speaking about the Hoodia buzz which is going on. Still. One day they finally got me… It’s like McDonald’s. Nobody’s eating there but there’s always full house. Anyway, I admit: I used it. And it actually helped me for a while. I am off now. What I can say is that it made it a bit more easy for me when starting to get in control of the food cravings. With my mind off food, I managed to keep up regular excercise. Changed my behaviour and now I don’t need the little ones anymore. *sigh* What I am saying here is that not all supplements are a bunch of useless junk. BUT it is not for everyone. That’s a big part which is missing normally. Find out what might help you BEFORE you go out and buy a lot of stuff, get frustrated and, by the way, ruin your health. I talked about that with my doc before taking anything…. So, now you may go on and bash me.
